Flat cut out aluminum letters
Letters, numbers and logos that are cut out from solid sheets of aluminum of 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" thick.
We custom brush and powder coat clear.
Fonts can be ordered custom.
Brush options are: orbital, horizontal and vertical.
Logos can be ordered with an acrylic back plate,
Installation options are flat to the wall (with double sided tape), 1/2" off the wall (with 3/16" threaded rods and aluminum spacers) or mounted to a back plate with four aluminum stand-offs

Foam letters and numbers are fabricated out of 4", 6", 8", 10" and12" thick foam material and range from 12" to 46" in height. These can be used for names, parties, weddings, anniversaries, expo shows with your corporate logo or any type of special event. Signs and displays are recommended for inside use but also can be used for temporary outdoor use.

These Do it Yourself foam category is where we cut all the foam for you and you do all the painting and putting them together the way you want them. This economy foam line is unpainted, however, if needed, painted is an option below to select. Paint is applied to sides, front and back of the letters.

Visit other foam product options if you require a more professional look. We accomplish a better look by adding a matching finish material cut out and place to the front surface of the foam letter. The added piece is made of styrene that is .063 thickness and is covered with bright colored laminated vinyl that can either match the sides of the foam or you can have a different contrasting color. Paint is applied to sides and back of the letters.

This product is refereed as a letter, number or logo foam cut out with a thin bright smooth aluminum face.

As an indoor product we mount the aluminum to a matching piece of 1", 2", 3" or 4" foam
As an outdoor product we use high impact insulation foam 2" or 3" thick foam painted

This product makes a dimensional good looking logo sign with a 3 to 4 year durability. For installation we put 3/16" threaded rods and provide a drill installation paper pattern, It is recommended to be installed outdoors flat against the wall.

Cast metal aluminum or bronze, these letters come in a multitude of finish options, like painted, anodized and oxidized, and side profiles, like flat, rounded, or prismatic. Cast metal letters are fabricated with earth friendly alloys in electric pollution free furnaces.  They are lead and mercury free and are 100% recyclable!

There are several applications for these types of letters such as monument signs, building signs, office identification or directional signs.

Cast metal letters, are ideal for both interior and exterior applications and they have a professional look which will get you noticed.
