Letters, numbers and logos that are cut out from solid sheets of aluminum of 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" thick.
We custom brush and powder coat clear.
Fonts can be ordered custom.

Installation options are flat to the wall (with double sided tape), 1/2" off the wall (with 3/16" threaded rods and aluminum spacers) or mounted to a back plate with four aluminum stand-offs

Foam letters and numbers are fabricated out of 4", 6", 8", 10" and12" thick foam material and range from 12" to 46" in height. These can be used for names, parties, weddings, anniversaries, expo shows with your corporate logo or any type of special event. Signs and displays are recommended for inside use but also can be used for temporary outdoor use.

These Do it Yourself foam category is where we cut all the foam for you and you do all the painting and putting them together the way you want them. This economy foam line is unpainted, however, if needed, painted is an option below to select. Paint is applied to sides, front and back of the letters.

Visit other foam product options if you require a more professional look. We accomplish a better look by adding a matching finish material cut out and place to the front surface of the foam letter. The added piece is made of styrene that is .063 thickness and is covered with bright colored laminated vinyl that can either match the sides of the foam or you can have a different contrasting color. Paint is applied to sides and back of the letters.

Formed plastic numbers are 12" in height and 1" deep. They are dimensional, economic and ideal for a building address or suite numbers. These are also approved by the Fire Department and can be used for most buildings.

Foam number sets are perfect for all anniversary events as table top foam displays. Size is 18" height and 4" thick. They come joined together and unpainted. You can leave them white or can decorate them yourself. Add paint, glitter, beads, photographs or anything you want.

Number sets include a rectangular base under the numbers. This base keeps the numbers together. The size of the rectangular base is justified with the size of the numbers.

Number set is a two digit number starts with 10 and goes to 99.

Base price is for foam cut with no extra finish. Font is a standard condensed font.

Jumbo and Thick letters and numbers are fabricated out of 6", 9", or 12" thick foam material and range from 12" to 96" in height. We can customize these displays to reach almost any height or thickness. These can be used for names, parties, weddings, anniversaries, expo shows with your corporate logo or any type of special event. These Thick and Jumbo foam signs and displays are recommended for inside use but also can be used for temporary outdoor use. Thick and Jumbo Foam can stand alone or with other pieces, with a flat bottom cut or with a base added to the display. Thinner displays can stand up against the wall or be lightly mounted. This foam line is available painted or unpainted.

For the more professional look you can order the foam painted and it will have a smooth face finish. This is accomplished by adding a matching cut out to the front surface of the foam. The professional foam logo product line is fabricated with 2" thick foam material. It is mounted to an acrylic piece that stands or si going to be mounted to a wall.
Logos are fabricated standard as single sided. A smooth material is added to the foam face. For this category the options to pick from are .040 color aluminum, brush gold or silver finish or 1/8" thick acrylic material.
Logo sides are painted to match logo branding.
This product recommended use is indoors such as corporate reception office wall, a conference room or for expos.
When they are ordered double sided, two exact logos are made and glued together back to back.
The standard minimum measurements are 30" x 30", smaller logos with small details need to be submitted and approved for ordering and fabrication.
